Opening a CDSC Account
As per the Capital Markets Authority regulations, you are also required to fill in a CDSC Account Application Form which can also be downloaded from this page. To complete the CDSC form, please follow the guide below.
Below are the requirements for opening a CDSC account:- For Individuals:- - Two (2) colour passport photographs (not older than 1 year)
- Original and Copy of ID/ Passport - For investors out of Kenya, a notarised copy of passport or ID will suffice.
- A correctly filled out CDS Account Opening Form (CDS 1)
For Companies:- - ID/Passport Copies of all directors
- 2 Colour passport photographs of each director
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Company Registration Number
- Company Seal (all CDS forms should be sealed)
- A correctly filled out CDS Account Opening Form
